This Pastorate consisting of seven congregations was set up in 1977. Till then these congregations were a part of Perpilankulam Circle. There are four schools in the Pastorate. As many people came to settle around Panagudi, many small towns have come up. Therefore the Pastorate plans to construct new churches and schools.

The congregations the Pastorate are:
