The Christ Church, Kulavanigarpuram is a relatively young church in the Diocese. In 1938 the congregation had about 10 families. The present church was dedicated by the Rt. Rev. Jason S. Dharmaraj on 31.10.1987. Being a city church, it has recorded mammoth growth in recent years in all aspects of church activities. Asanam is held on 31st October each year.
